Traditional cost reports explain what happened. Costapp is designed to show what is likely to happen next, while retaining the official project record.
Use the same clear commercial controls across NEC and other or bespoke forms. Each contract and subcontract keeps its own parties, value, payments, correspondence, evidence and audit trail. NEC projects also include dedicated Early Warning and Compensation Event workflows.
Subcontractors can start a working programme from the saved Activity for Payment schedule, add planned dates and progress, then issue a dated monthly revision. The Contractor can accept it or record non-acceptance with a reason, and can add comments. Each response stays with the revision in the programme register.
In Cost Planning, the monthly Value forecast can guide an AI-generated spend profile alongside programme dates and existing cost forecasts. Review the suggested timing before applying it; Costapp keeps the total forecast amounts unchanged.
